With a built-in microphone, you have all you need for complete audio and visual surveillance without having to deal with additional hardware and extra wiring.
With a slot for a MicroSD card up to 256GB, you can record video directly to the camera without having to go through the NVR. So if you're looking for a single-camera surveillance system, you're good to go. You can also connect this to a Uniview NVR for instant plug-and-play video, or a third party NVR via the ONVIF protocol.
Enjoy all that Uniview has to offer in this small and compact mini vandal dome.
The captures video up to a resolution of 4MP @ 20 FPS, which is 2560x1440 pixels. To put this in perspective, FHD (Full High Definition) is 2 megapixels, or 1920x1080 pixels. These cameras don’t have a high resolution, but they’re faster and more affordable. On the other end of the spectrum, 4K Ultra HD resolution is 8MP. These produce crazy high resolution video, but can be slower and much more expensive. So at 4MP, this camera is a pretty good blend of both. It has a higher resolution than FHD cameras without the cost of 4K UHD.
2.8mm Fixed Lens
The has a 2.8mm Fixed Lens. That means it’s fixed at one length; it can't optically zoom in and out. The longer the focal length on a fixed lens camera, the more zoomed in it is and the more close-up detail you'll be able to see. But the shorter the focal length, the wider the field of view and the more area your surveillance will cover.
The has a fixed length of 2.8mm, giving it a horizontal field of view of 104.4°.
Having audio capabilities in your video surveillance system can be an important feature. The comes with a built-in microphone, allowing you to hear and record crisp, clear audio without running any additional cables to power a microphone.
IP67 Weatherproof Rating
This camera has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 67. This means the camera is completely protected from dust and other solid particles. It can also withstand being submerged in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.
Rest assured that when you install this camera outside, it will have no problem braving the toughest of storms.
IK10 Vandalproof Rating
The has an Impact Protection (IK) rating of 10, which is as high as the scale goes. If a vandal wants to try to bust open this camera, more power to them. Literally, they're going to need a lot more power, because this thing is practically indestructible. That's why these dome-style cameras are often called vandal-proof domes, or vandal domes for short.
49' Night Vision IR Range
When the sun goes down or the lights go out, this camera switches on its own onboard infrared LED lights. These lights, which are invisible to the human eye, allow the camera to continue functioning and recording video 24/7, day or night. And since its IR range covers up to 49 feet, you're not going to miss anything that happens on your camera's feeds, even if it happens in pitch-black darkness.
