I have installed this exact kit at multiple locations, it works perfectly. the only thing that needs to be added to the kit is a power supply for the locks. The fact that no software is needed to access the system is even better.

Would this work with HID brand readers instead of the included ones?
I’m looking at this system, but would like to use HID RPK40 for a pin/ prox card combo, & potentially a HID RMK40 (PIN, Prox & Magnetic Swipe Carr) on another door.
Yes HID readers can work on the Atlas panels as long as the readers are Wiegand.
Sorry for another question (asking before purchase).
I’m looking at a door strike to pair with this system that’s powered by 12v & am wondering, will I need to use a separate power supply like I would have to with a magnetic lock (as in your YouTube video) or will the panel provide enough power to the strike to function properly?
You will have to use Separate power supply for locks always. The panel cannot power locks.
