Let's talk about what you would be doing on a typical daily basis:

  • Primarily answering phone calls and returning calls to assist customers with technical inquiries or issues. Comfortable phone communication is crucial.
  • Addressing technical problems and questions through email correspondence.
  • Providing support and guidance to customers with technical queries via our online chat system.

What kind of skills do you need to thrive in this position:

  • Proficiency and comfort with technology, coupled with the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts. You should relish tackling and conquering new technical challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, as some issues won't have predefined solutions. We value understanding the problem and effectively explaining the resolution to the customer over relying on scripted responses.
  • Patience is essential, as you'll be assisting customers who may not be tech-savvy.
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Outstanding customer service skills. Our business thrives on providing top-notch customer support.

  • Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
